Yilida has 4 manufacturing bases in Taizhou, Guangzhou and Beijing covering a total area of 148,000 sqm, which is the equivalent of 33 American football fields.  In 2011, another manufacturing campus of 153,000 sqm is breaking ground.  Yilida’s scale of manufacturing is simply breathtaking.  By using highly engineered tooling, large scale automation, state of art equipments and a disciplined manufacturing management system of MRP and ERP, Yilida produces highly consistent, quality fans at a lighting speed.  Yilida manufactuers approximately 25,000 fans per day to meet the customers’ needs.   Nobody can match such velocity of the throughput in the industry.

For the past 17 years, Yilida firmly believes that the best manufacturing equipments and tooling are the foundation in guaranteeing the consistent, high-quality products.  It has invested millions of dollars in adding and upgrading our machineries.  These includes laser cutting machine, CNC punching, plasma cutting, welding robotics, and others.  Yilida only uses the best equipments from top brands such Amada, Trumpf, Schenck and so on.  Many of these equipments are directly imported from Germany, Japan and the US.

Yilida has also built an in-house engineering team with over 40 highly trained and skilled engineers. Yilida’s engineers have developed specialized equipments and over 1000 sets of toolings for our customers. Yilida’s self- developed manufacturing processes not only guarantee consistent quality but also put Yilida well ahead of competitors. These include high-pressure die casting process of metal molds, low pressure gravity casting technology, CNC laser cutting technology, CNC sheet metal forming process, flange automatic flanging process, sheet mental welding, vacuum diversion,etc. Yilida’s in-house powder coating facility also guarantees a high quality finishing touch to our products before they are shipped out of the door.
