1994: Yilida is founded in Taizhou, China.
1998: Yilida leads the industry to become the first enterprise that passes through the ISO 9001 quality management system in the ventilation Industry.
2001: Yilida becomes a member of AMCA and builds a comprehensive performance testing lab in accordance to AMCA standards.
2004: Guangdong Yilida Ventilator Co., Ltd is established to service customers in Pearl River Delta.
2005: Yilida passes the IS014001 environmental management system certification and is awarded the Famour Brand in China.
2006: Taizhou Wolter Ventilation Co.,Ltd was established as a Joint Venture with Wolter in Germany.
2007: Yilida is identified as Well-known Trademark, "Yilida" became the most competitive brand in China HVAC fan industry.
2008: Yilida becomes one of the 500 Top Technology Brand-name Enterprises in China.
2008: Yilida passes through the BS-OHSAS Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series.
2010: Zhejiang Yilida Technology Co., Ltd. is established.
